- Approximately, when will I receive my magazine?
Your sales receipt (please don't lose this, it could come in handy later), states to allow up to 120 days for delivery, however, most monthly magazines arrive within 60-90 days. If you don't receive your first issue within 120 days please contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it pretty darn quick.
- If I don't like my magazine is there anything that can be done?
Yes! We are very proud of our policy that allows you to exchange a magazine you don't like for one that might better suit your needs. Just contact us and we'll be more than happy to send you an exchange list. It's that easy and, there is no extra charge!
- How do I cancel my subscription?
It's easy! Just follow the instructions printed on the back of your sales receipt and send it to the address listed. Make sure that it is post-marked within the time limit stated (3 business days from the purchase date)
For security purposes, we are not able to accept cancellation requests by email.
- Can I renew my subscription?
You sure can! Just give us a call or e.mail us and we'll be glad to renew your subscription for you.
- How do I change my mailing address?
Just give Customer Service a call at 253-851-8414.
